This took years for Ammar to plan... Such a delicate yet challenging jump, watch all the way to the end to see how he pulls it off... To celebrate, we created a collection called “Moonshot” on Seek Discomfort for the dreams so big they scare you just thinking about them... See the collection here: www.seekdiscomfort.com
I have been skydiving a couple of years ago to raise money for my nephew's wheel chair he has spina bifida, it was all inspired by Ammar and the yes theory crew and the yes theory family, that day I fell in love with it I want to do it agai
Thanks for this awesome video, it’s been over ten years since I’ve done any jumps and boy did this get the emotions rushing back in 😂👌💕 there really is something so special about skydiving, I’m gonna take my best friend for his 70th birthday, he’s never been and is an adrenaline junkie.
Wait ...you can FIRST strap a stranger to your body and jump BEFORE you're even allowed to jump alone? Really? Why ? I mean ..ok ..if you need to do it with an instructor ..but with strangers ?
My biggest dream is to see earth from space and being weightless!
I can't wait to skydive (not old enough)its one of my dreams to free-fall throughout the air and feel the surreal experience.
My dream is quite similar to yours! Growing up my father took my brother and I to skydiving zones to watch it all happened, as a kid I knew nothing but excitement and doing dangerous things. He took us almost everyday and one day he decided to jump with my older brother and told me that when I turn 18 he would take me on my first jump. I dreamed of the day and anticipated for that moment when I feel the breeze flow right past me as I’m speeding closer and closer to earth. At 15 my father passed away and till this day I never got to go skydiving, I dream of jumping almost every day, in honor of him and the life he gave my brother and I. It’s honestly a dream to get my license for skydiving, my father was half way into the course when he passed away. I want to one day finish it not only for me, but for him as well!
Breaking the sound barrier in a plane !
The camera man doing all of this stuff in the sky at like 300mph and getting no credit: 🥲
28:43 my guy dwarfs him
One of my favorite parts of this video is how excited and nervous Ammar’s friend group was for Ammar. The friendships this channel has created are extraordinary. One day I hope to be able to have these type of experiences with my friends
This video can inspire me to do literally anything. Watching Yes Theory’s videos over the last 3-4 years has really changed my perspective on life, and this video was one of the best ever. My dream is to one day skydive over the Grand Canyon, or over one of the national parks in Utah. Ammar is a huge role model of mine, and this video was unbelievable
Just wow... What an amazing video!
rsworld.info/face/video/e4Rlmd1kvKijjNQ.html 💕🌅💕
Hi Yes Theory, it is my absolute dream to skydive in a tuxedo just like you guys did!
I would say that my dream is probably something similar to this as I've always wanted to do extreme sports and am a quite athletic person. But I'm waaaaaay to anxious about my appearance to go on camera in front of millions of people sooooo...
27:33 was so romantic
20:05 Omg wha wha these cups?! Eat em LMAO 💀💀
Ammar, you’re one of a kind incredible human being, amazing loads of courage and bravery. Now, you can value your life more than ever and cherish everyone because you had already experienced life almost death in the vastness of God’s creation. Hope, It’s not only challenging feat that comes as your purpose, continue your kindness and explore and be Thankful and Grateful. You are God’s Best creation🙌❤️👍😘😅 From Unforgettable Mae
You're so lucky man😍 take my skydiving I can't afford it right now!
Music during the finale is Forza by Kollen
The moment you jumped out of that plane, and time began to slow down, gave me flashbacks of my first jump. I remember it so clearly, it was truly like slow mo in the moment. The way you put this moment together, sent adrenaline right through my body and i truly felt like i had jumped with you! CONGRATULATIONS AMMAR!
Love everything you all do and support! It would be a dream of mine to just be surrounded by y’all’s type of energy and be able to dive as well! Congrats Ammar!
i fucking cried when he jumped
shoutout to the cameraman
I needed this video thank you. I'm a single Dad recently laid off due to COVID at the end of October. Recently diagnosed with cancer with no insurance and just had my cat totaled. This made me feel better and really focus on my dreams. Mine are pretty simple right now, get treatment and live to see me son grow up. Thanks again for the uplift! Always down for an adventure!
Like you, since I was young I have always dreamt to sky dive. I have always wanted to step out my own comfort zone and these videos you make just inspire me to be out there, and to take it that one step further. I would love to take this opportunity to meet you all, to get out of my comfort zone and seek discomfort with you and the yes theory team. If I am one of these chosen people I want to get out and do everything I’m scared to do, I want to prove that anything is possible when you put your mind to it. And I will make those proud and inspire those who aren’t brave enough to take it that one step further and seek discomfort. thankyou.
I've never had any desire to go skydiving...until now.
That was amazing, I’m not old enough to skydive yet but it looks like so much fun
tbh i dont know yet but excited to figure it out
The editing is legendary 👌
Amazing!!
how much of a difference you guys are making. This channel is pure gold
This is now on my bucket list. Can’t wait!
Everyone hates the FAA (period)
My dream is to travel to every national park in the US... but if nothing else, at least visit another country. I know it sounds stupid and small, but my family would never go anywh
I would love to sky dive
I just turned 18 yesterday and I've been wanting to skydive for a while now. Now that I actually can I know I'm going to do it. I leave for the Navy on August 25th so I'm hoping to be able before then.
You can't fall at 300mph because of terminal velocity, limits you to 120 MPH
shoutout to the cameraman
Love everything you all do and support! It would be a dream of mine to just be surrounded by y’all’s type of energy and be able to dive as well! Congrats Ammar!
I grew up with my dad telling me bedtime stories about his skydives, he always said there was "no greater feeling of freedom" but when my dad was 38 and my mum was pregnant with me, he got into a serious skydiving accident. His friend died and he barely survived. He never went skydiving again and now he is retired and claims he is "too old for that stuff". But deep down the whole family knows that's not true and he misses it a lot. My dream is to go skydiving together with my father❤
My dream is to be an astronaut and experience life from space
Cool
bro watching the skydive i had goosebumps all over my body and this weird felling in my nose like when i get emotional i get that feeling in my nose like i am about to cry great work dude it was out of the world
WOW, this is absolutely AMAZING. I am moved to tears.
it's just so amazing to see someone make their dream come true, work so hard, fight with their own biggest fears, go through a traumatic experience and not give up. you always inspire a part of me that struggles with the fear of being judged, of making a fool out of myself, you inspire me to become who I really am, to show my full potential. whenever I feel like giving up on my dream, which is simply being a musical theatre actor, I just watch one of your videos and feel how my heart fills up with motivation, love and courage. thank you so much for doing it
This video is great. Im scared of hights but that never held me back from getting high up, cause I dont want this fear to inhibit me from experiencing great things. So I kinda wanna do this someday :)
I remember when I was a 15 years old I went for paragliding. I use to imagine how it is way up there, I want to master over my fear and my strength, I'm working for the best to come.
3 grown men lying on a bed holding hands together..... sus af
Its like point break
My dream is to travel to every national park in the US... but if nothing else, at least visit another country. I know it sounds stupid and small, but my family would never go anywhere far away, so as a kid I just thought that it was crazy to even think about. 2 summers ago we visited family in Arizona (we are in NJ) and I got to see the Grand Canyon. I never ever expected to see something so great like that and actually be on the west side of the US. Now I finally feel like more is possible.
Props to the damn camera man going the same speed and staying close with the camera on them👌🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Can someone tell me who the brunette girl is?
I’ve been watching you guys since basically the beginning and every time I watch your videos, especially these with the amazing story telling, it makes me excited for life again and inspires me. It makes me remember there are still so many things still out there to do. I want to say thank you and I’m so proud of you Ammar.
this is the most beautiful thi g ive ever watched. SOOO inspiring i felt so alive watching this. Congratulations man!!!!!!!!
Always wanted to go skydiving since childhood
This is amazing! Y’all’s videos have really inspired me to seek discomfort and decide to move from NC to Denver in July when I graduate. I hope to get over my fear of heights by skydiving and bungee jumping like you one day! All love ❤️
Live life to the fullest don't be afraid of death make death scared of you

I was dreaming to skydive ...my dream is to dream jump ..but after my family member died from jumping off Its emotional now I want to do sky jump .
Ever since I was little I have wanted to go Wing Suit Gliding! I hope you can take me to go skydiving so that I can actually start my journey of this goal of mine!
First, that was an amazingly put together story of triumph over the barrier of fear, and what lays beyond that barrier. Really enjoyed this one guys and gals.....and to answer Ammar's question, one of my dreams that I have had for the last couple years of my life, and have been unequivocally drawn to, is to run an ultra marathon, out west somewhere. I have the deepest passion for the sport of running, and I believe that there is some much to be learned about ourselves, the world around us, and our place in it when we are in the zone of running. I think an ultra is one of the most mentally taxing things that we as humans can do only because of how much pain we go through for so long, forcing us to make conscious choices to push through the pain and find new limits we may never have thought we could have reached. Beyond that it takes a village to accomplish this goal. Yes you are running the miles, but you need a whole crew to help you get to that goal. I have always wanted to run one, but finances and some life stuff always seem to keep me from committing. Watching you guys do what you do, always brings me back to just doing it, no questions asked. So for that, I am grateful! Cheers!
This is such a amazing things I’m 14 but personally one of the biggest things on my bucket list is skydiving so this really touched my heart and I really wanna live life like you all do. SEEK DISCOMFORT
Tell me why I just got laid off and now want to be part of this Red Bull team?
Truly an unbelievable adventure:) My dream that I would love is to accomplish is to someday become prime minister of Canada hahahaha seems unrealistic huh
I would love to fall with a wingsuit from the Tajumulco volcano witch is the highest in Guatemala and all Centroamérica (I'm from Guatemala btw)
I want to try my best to be the greatest skydiver that ever lived. Congratulations to your accomplishments, brother!
dear Ammar, happy fasting in the month of Ramadhan 🤗 . Love from Malaysia 💕
first of all I want to say that this is truly amazing! the content you guys put out is extremely high quality and adds value to the lives of everyone watching and I think that's absolutely amazing. My dream that I want to take to the highest of heights is to live a fulfilling life of no regrets. In late 2020 I lost my boyfriend of five years tragically and it made me put my life into perspective and realize how fragile life is and how it's practically impossible to know when our last day will be. So, I have made it my mission to enjoy each day as much as I possibly can by doing small things that will make me happy, whether its baking something or going for a walk I try to do something each day that will make me happy. I can't wait for everything to open up again so that I can try new things and get out of my comfort zone. Also, thank you so much for everything you guys have done and for creating such a wonderful community of amazing individuals across the globe. Sending you lots of love from Canada
I’ve seen that the best things are hidden on the other side of fear, I’ve been wanting to go skydiving sooo bad to discover that other side🙌🏽
I’ve always wanted to do something like this, and it warms my heart that you made your dream come true :)

i felt that when the coach was talking about bringing the pace of the activity to the pace of your breath
The thing that blows me away the most about your experience is that you have so many people around you that are supportive and so full of love. Literally a van full of people went with you to hang out and provide that sense of calm needed. The love that emanates is so powerful. I've been misty eyed throughout this entire video. I'm so freaking happy that you got to experience this.
Your flare sucks. The lack of to be exactly.
My dream is to help 1 million people before I died I have no idea how but there it is

Ammar you and I share the same of getting of the highest point and jumping and I'm happy that you achieved it after what you went through. I've always loved heights since I was a kid and wished I could fly just like you. Ive only sky dived once and It was the day before I turned 18 and was a great start to the year 2019 but it was the greatest experience of my life and I enjoyed every single second of and the feeling of freedom was amazing and I wish I could do it again!
